Product Description
DiVino sits at the top of Wyndham Street, right at the heart of Central. From its wide-open entrance, tapas style snacks, extensive wine selection to its laid-back atmosphere, the wine bar and restaurant oozes Italy. This is where Hong Kong’s resident Italians go when they crave a piece of home. In Italy, it’s the deceptively simple dishes such as spaghetti al pomodoro or penne arrabbiata that are often the barometer for how good and creative a restaurant is. In this test, DiVino comes out with flying colors. Chef Michele Senigaglia uses a constantly changing list of traditional Italian ingredients, plus ingredients that were previously unavailable to Hong Kong. It is also one of the few places that does true aperitivo hours the Italian way – the tradition of enjoying a glass of wine with small plates of snacks after working hours. Buono appetito!
